Very little signs of ageing on both colour and aroma. Ripe dark berries with black forest cake, coated in decadent chocolate and coffee liqueur. Big and rich, yet fresh and heady for an 8 year-old wine, with fine tannins and firm acidity reigning in the ripeness and warmth and holding the wine in its youthful state. Expressive and rewarding now, with legs for the long haul.
