A shift in style on the 2013 that shows more cool, grassy notes with capsicum and nettle. Struck flint, green fruit, pea shoots and citrus. Also now developing some subtle oily, beeswax notes. The herbaceous flavour profile, but in a big, full-bodied, lasting structure.
