Since the first drop was distilled at 8:02pm in 1938, Klipdrift has always believed in stripping away everything that doesn’t matter to get to the heart of what really does… the heart of gold. During the distillation process, 50 year old copper pot stills are used to distil the low wines into 3 fractions to extract only the best part for you. Between the heads and the tails lies the heart. This is the soul of every Klipdrift Brandy and is the only part of the spirit that will ever be barrelled, guaranteeing gold in every drop.
