Dark centre with developing garnet rim. Roast bell pepper, stewed plums and cedar aromas float above a deep core of black fruit and fine, dry tannins. The 2011 is evolving in its maturity, offering sophistication now, but still holds lasting structure. Classic Stellenbosch Bordeaux-styled blend expression.
