Brilliant deep red colour, touch of brown on the edge. Lovely aromas on the nose, red fruit, touch of spice, some sweetness with a vibrant youthfulness. Silky smooth on the palate with more of the red fruit and spice. Typical Cabernet Sauvignon flavours rounded by the maturity of the wine with a good touch of acidity that is still keeping the wine going. A very typical example of a mature Zonnebloem Cabernet Sauvignon. A lovely mature wine with more years to go.
