Serve with Durbanville Hills Cape Honey Bee Noble Late Harvest 2022

250ml milk
250ml coconut cream
¼ cup granutaled sugar
3 gelatine leaves, soaked in cold water
1tsp vanilla essence

  • Heat the milk, coconut cream and sugar while whisking. Do not allow to boil.
  • Off the heat, add the soaked gelatine leaves and vanilla essence. Whisk to incorporate.
  • Pour the mixture into moulds and set for at least 8 hours or overnight.
  • Serve with a passionfruit coulis and almond slivers.
