Serve with Durbanville Hills Cape Honey Bee Noble Late Harvest 2022
250ml coconut cream
¼ cup granutaled sugar
3 gelatine leaves, soaked in cold water
1tsp vanilla essence
- Heat the milk, coconut cream and sugar while whisking. Do not allow to boil.
- Off the heat, add the soaked gelatine leaves and vanilla essence. Whisk to incorporate.
- Pour the mixture into moulds and set for at least 8 hours or overnight.
- Serve with a passionfruit coulis and almond slivers.
