Plum, chocolate, sundried tomato and baked bell peppers. A juicy, medium-bodied palate that is still very appetising, with a savoury, dry, tarry finish. Drinking best now, but with lots of structure and an acidic spine for a stable future. Expect a little sediment. Best to decant.
