Star bright light straw colour. Citrus blossoms, bath salts, smoke and hints of red fruit. Lees influence is apparent in savoury, complete flavour, with umami yeast extract pierced by linear acidity. Precise, energised and lush. It's unreal how vibrant this wine is remaining, showing its full complexion at optimum maturity.
