Mature, brown appearance. Molasses, roasted almonds and salted caramel on the nose. The magic is all on the palate, having kept all of its natural acidity, and piercing through the mature, sweet flavours. Tarte Tatin, burnt sugar and almond brittle on a super long finish. Entirely mature, but very stable.
