Nederburg Private Bin Eminence 2013

The 2013 is super sweet, boasting typical rich botrytis aromas of peach blossom and honey, along with the floral varietal spice. Very concentrated, beating the preceding vintages on sweetness, and just lacking that acid lift that makes those so appetising. Allow further cellaring to gain savoury complexity to counter the sweetness.
