Concentrated, New World expression of Cabernet Sauvignon from dry-land Paarl vineyard, matured in new French oak. The 2015 shows the power of the vintage but with lovely restraint and slow-evolving composure. Layers of black fruit, olives and rich oak spice, with deep structure offsetting the bold ripeness. Satisfyingly generous now, with legs for further ageing.
