The 2011 is mature, with a good balance struck between soft dark fruit, dried herbs and tobacco. Typical dry Bordeaux characters of cedar and mint remain, with bottle age notes of leather, damp earth and cured meat now introduced. Elegant and mellow with ample dry tannins in the tail.
