Savoury spice and prunes with coffee and smoked meat. Good amount of grip and deep texture on the medium-bodied palate, now with savoury, nutty complexity. This has evolved over the last year and will carry on doing so. Still lots of fresh integrity to last, but best enjoyed soon.
