1st bottle oxidised. 2nd bottle fine. Lime, oyster shell and gun smoke on the youthful nose, with a healthy combination of cut grass and tropical fruit. The palate is chalky and racy still, with a line of struck flint through the layers of fruit that shows complete absorption of creamy oak. Remarkably stable and slow-ageing.
