Lovely ripe citrus and Golden Delicious apple in this opulent and inviting vintage of Desiderius. The fruit is supported by layers of salted biscuits, buttered toast and vanilla cake. Impressively fine and persistent mousse. The most immediately appealing of recent vintages. It is hard to resist now but has the pedigree to age further.
