The 2015 is finally getting older, trading its fruit for more nutty, oily notes still held by superb, crisp acidity, chalky dryness and wonderfully fine mousse. Typical savoury brioche notes from extensive lees ageing, with rye and roasted almonds. Best to start opening these.
