Whisky or ‘uisge beatha’ is well-named as the water of life. The drink which cheers, warms, soothes, mellows and takes the edge off the very hardest of days. Obviously associated with Scotland and Ireland, whisky is enjoying much success here in SA as well – both from a drinking point of view and from a distilling one as well.
